通过 WindowManager.addView 的一个子窗口

Fragment

本质为一个 ViewGroup 内嵌在 Activity DecorView

DialogFragment

本身使用 onCreatDialog,onPrepareDialog 也能自动恢复 用 DialogFragment 能自动恢复，也能管理回退栈
